Following this experience, and with the development of the real estate sector in Mauritius, he turned to the study of the Mauritian market, on which he has focused for the past ten years.

Residing in Mauritius for 5 years now, he participated in the creation and development of a real estate agency specialising in international transactions, then a real estate consulting and support company for clients and developers.
